Writing Quality:

  • Clear, engaging, and well-structured content
  • Proper grammar and spelling
  • Easy-to-read paragraphs (3-4 sentences max)
  • Use of subheadings (H2, H3) for better readability
  • Active voice preferred over passive voice

Value-Driven: Your article should provide actionable insights, practical tips, or solve specific problems for our readers.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Use short paragraphs and bullet points where appropriate
  • Include relevant examples, case studies, or statistics
  • Add 1-2 relevant images (royalty-free or your own)
  • Use proper heading hierarchy (H2 for main sections, H3 for subsections)
  • Include a brief introduction and conclusion

What We Don't Accept

  • Promotional or overly sales-focused content
  • Poorly researched or thin content
  • AI-generated content without human editing and expertise
  • Content with excessive links or keyword stuffing
  • Offensive, discriminatory, or controversial content
  • Previously published content (no reprints)

Link Policy

  • Author Bio: You can include 1-2 links in your author bio (150 words max)
  • In-Content Links: Maximum 2 contextually relevant links to external sources
  • Internal Links: We may add relevant internal links to our existing content

Submission Process

  • Pitch First: Send us your article idea with a brief outline to [info.upmark.in@gmail.com]
  • Wait for Approval: We’ll review your pitch within 3-5 business days
  • Write & Submit: Once approved, submit your complete article as a Google Doc or Word file
  • Review Process: Our editorial team will review and may suggest edits
  • Publication: Approved articles are typically published within 7-14 days

What to Include in Your Submission

  • Article title and content
  • Meta description (150-160 characters)
  • Author bio (150 words max) with headshot
  • High-quality featured image (1200x628px recommended)
  • Relevant links and sources

Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, grammar, and style
